Remember a few years ago when gas prices topped $4 per gallon? We were told that we lacked refining capacity in the U.S. and that’s why the prices were so high. Since then refineries have closed and the price of gas has fluctuated from less than $3 per gallon to nearly $4 per gallon.

This Saturday beginning at 9:00 am. we are going to learn about the flow of transportation fuels around the U. S. and why California is more susceptible than any other State to the highest gas prices in the U.S. If we unshackle are producers and develop a national energy strategy maybe the world will be a better place? Why hasn’t this been done, when it has been a top priority since the oil embargo of 1979, and gas lines?
