Rick Metz Developer: A Firm Foundation Show with Rick and Jackie

This Saturday it’s back to the studio to interview guests from across the country. Joining us first up will be Kraig Kann, formerly feature host at Golf Channel, Kraig was recently in Toledo for media day at the Jamie Farr Classic. Kraig is now Director of Communications for the LPGA and will talk about all the different players that will be in Toledo this August for the Farr Classic.

Just after 9:30 we will conference call with Andy Caldwell, radio host, writer, and director of COLABbin the central valley of California. On the conference call from New Jersey will be Patricia Powell. Patricia is the owner of Powell Financial Group and is a frequent Fox New Contributor on financial and economic news. Both guests are coming to Toledo and Bowling Green for the 2012 Radio Economic Summit, July 19, 20, and 21. This conference call will preview their visit and some of the topics we plan on covering while they are here in N. W. Ohio.

This weekend it’s the best summer festival of the year, the Crosby Festival of the Arts, live at the Toledo Botanical Gardens. Tune into A Firm Foundation early Saturday, 9:00 to 11:00 am. for interviews with at least 4 of the top artists in the show, plus other important information about the weekend.

The Arts Festival is both Saturday and Sunday and the weather looks perfect. Along with over 220 artists on display there will be live entertainment for the whole family. There is also a free air conditioned shuttle from the Walmart parking lot at the corner of Central and Holland Sylvania which save the inconvenience of trying to park near the Gardens.

This Saturday we head west to Archbold home of Sauder Village for their early summer show, Tractors, tractors, tractors, and no we are not taking our tractor with us!

For those who have never been to Sauder Village this will be your chance to hear about this historic tourist attraction just 45 miles west of Toledo right off the Ohio Turnpike.
