This week’s show – The first day of summer

Friday, June 20th, 2014

After one of the worst winters in this area, Saturday is the first day of summer! N. W. Ohio’s most trusted hosts return to Ace Hardware in downtown Bowling Green, using their new broadcast platform Skype. One of the busiest places on Saturday morning as we always say, “check Ace first” it’s certain we will not be alone on Saturday morning at Ace.

Our feature guest will be Sean Brennan of Jim Palmer Excavating, and the main topic will be dirt, it’s not what you think? Quality topsoil that can be handled with just a rake, and is a rare, special commodity, (and not cheap either), but for that special garden, flower bed, or lawn repair it might be the lowest cost, when you figure the efforts to spread it evenly, and the richness to grow something. We will also review last winter, it was a snowplower’s bonanza, the folks at Jim Palmer Excavating had lot’s of equipment on the road.

The show starts at 9:00 am… and is heard locally on AM1470 WLQR, is streamed live on the internet at www.rickandjackie.net and also on I-Heart Radio. Or better yet stop by Ace and see everyone up close and personal!
