Friends, as the Democratic Convention draws to a close after the Republican Convention last week we can thank law enforcement that there have been no major issues at either event. Last week in Cleveland our Wood County Sheriff, Mark Wasylyshyn attended the Convention as part of the National Sheriff’s Association to observe and study the security issues and the different law enforcement methods being used.
Sheriff Mark will join us this Saturday on A Firm Foundation for Life to share what he learned and to discuss security with Rick and Jackie as they saw it from the side of Convention media attendees. This proves to be a great segment as we see security concerns in our church, at local sporting events, local daycare, where do we start and where do we stop?
