Rick has constructed over 300 homes in 4 subdivisions. Rick has done numerous remodeling projects. Rick is an expert in basement construction and drainage, an expert in home energy usage, and Energy Star housing, and in 2 major home energy projects. Rick’s subdivisions and homes reflect the detail of planning, are well constructed, and use long lasting construction techniques. Rick was also a certified home inspector during the '90’s.
